CDR Grayling, a communications and public affairs consultancy, today announced the promotion of Angeline Charbonnier to Deputy Managing Director, with responsibility for Public Affairs, Corporate Communications and Crisis Communications.
This organisational change is a natural development, given the agency's positioning and the growth in customer demand at the crossroads of expertise.

Since joining the agency in 2019, Angeline Charbonnier has played a key role in the agency's development, helping to triple the size of the Public Affairs division, both in terms of revenue and consultant numbers.
She has structured the offering and the team, attracted new clients and helped raise the agency's profile, particularly with political and institutional players. Today, she plays a leading role in a number of cross-functional projects in France and within our international network, particularly in the use of Artificial Intelligence in communication and influence.

With 18 years' experience in public affairs, Angeline Charbonnier combines in-depth knowledge of decision-making processes with recognised expertise in influence strategy. She has worked with a wide range of organisations - from major groups to start-ups - in sectors such as technology, health, agri-food, industry and the environment.
Angeline has solid experience of working with federations and trade unions, where she has demonstrated a strong ability to mobilise stakeholders and build effective coalitions, making it possible to put forward common positions and influence decisions in complex contexts.
Committed to ethical and regulatory issues in public affairs, Angeline is also Vice-President of the Association Française des Conseils en Lobbying (French Association of Lobbying Consultants), where she steers the forward-looking work.
Angeline is a graduate of Sciences Po Rennes (2006) and has a Masters in Public Institution Communication from CELSA (2007). She regularly lectures to Masters students (Sciences Po Rennes, Sciences Po Saint-Germain-en-Laye, CELSA) and contributed to the writing of the book «10 cas de communication», published by Dunod in 2015.
